Registering with the Right Credentials
The IA registration process is straightforward. Ideally, a mentor should use their university email ID for automatic verification. If that's not feasible, UNI's team will get in touch within three business days for a proof of verification, like a University ID or a letter of Authorization.
Can We Register without a Mentor?
Yes, institutions can register under IA without a mentor. However, a background check is performed upon registration to prevent fraudulent activities. Ideally, registration should be done using an official university email ID for automatic verification.
Quick Activation of IA Pass
Once the necessary documents are submitted, activating your IA pass takes up to 2 working days. This swift process ensures that your institution doesn't miss out on upcoming competitions.
What About the IA Pass Refund Policy?
The IA pass is non-refundable. It's important to be fully informed about the competition details before purchasing the pass. The pass is also non-transferrable.
Managing More Than 15 Entries
Need to submit more than 15 entries? Simply purchase an additional IA pass. Each pass allows you to submit a total of 15 entries, adhering to the maximum permissible number in each competition.
What If Fewer Entries?
Even if you submit fewer than 15 entries in a competition, your IA pass remains valid for a year. This flexibility allows students to participate in any of UNI’s ongoing or upcoming competitions throughout the year.
